An Oceanside woman who allegedly attacked and fatally stabbed her neighbor as he returned home from walking his dog on the morning of his 45th birthday pleaded not guilty to a murder charge Monday.

The Oceanside Police Department is asking for help to help solve the murder of an Oceanside physical education teacher who was stabbed to death in his front yard after going for a walk with his dog on Friday.
