A judge has dismissed a lawsuit that alleged fraud in Georgia’s most populous county during the 2020 election.

One of the men had a gun permit for Virginia, which is not valid in Pennsylvania. The other man had no permit at all, authorities said. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia reports.

The Registrar for Voters in Clark County, Nev., told reporters on Friday that he expects most of the remaining 63,000 mail-in ballots to be counted by Sunday. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was leading in Clark County, which includes Las Vegas, by more than 20,000 votes Friday afternoon.
