Fun fact: After she graduated from the University of Missouri, Crow sang commercial jingles for the St. Louis department store Famous-Barr, McDonald’s and Toyota. She said she made $40,000 on her McDonald’s ad alone!

Crow released her debut album, “Tuesday Night Music Club,” in 1993 – and spawned the huge hit singles “All I Wanna Do,” “Strong Enough,” “Can’t Cry Anymore,” and “Leaving Las Vegas.” It was massive, selling more than 7 million copies in the U.S. during the ‘90s alone, and winning Crow three Grammy Awards.

Her 1996 self-titled follow-up album further cemented her status as one of the best pop/rock songwriters around – containing four hit singles, “If It Makes You Happy,” “A Change Would Do You Good,” “Home,” and “Everyday Is a Winding Road.” After seven more studio albums (including a Christmas album in 2008), Crow released her latest record, “Be Myself,” earlier this year.
