The San Diego Humane Society has an inexpensive idea to help you share your love this Valentine's Day. At least inexpensive up front. Their "My Furry Valentine" promotion through Feb. 14 cuts adoption fees for all animals to $14. Normal fees range from $50 to $175 for dogs and cats.
