OCEANSIDE: Thousands of visitors are expected to descend on the Mission San Luis Rey, where the city's annual festival has been moved after years of being held downtown.

OCEANSIDE, CONT'D: The Mission's festival includes music, dancing, miniature altars and food. Community altars can also be set up. The event takes place from 9 a.m to 4 p.m Sunday, Nov. 1.
