Juneteenth is alive and well here in San Diego. The Cooper Family Foundation hosted their annual festival as they’ve been doing for more than 50 years. But this year was a bit different because of federal funding cuts. NBC 7’s Sergio Flores shows us how that didn’t stop families from celebrating.
