At 8:00 p.m. tonight, someone could be the lucky winner of the MEGA Millions jackpot worth $105 million.
That's the jackpot for Friday night’s draw.
For those interested in the amount of cash available, that amount is up to $81 million lottery officials said.
No one held the winning ticket in Wednesday’s night’s drawing.
The largest Mega Millions jackpot to date was the $656 million won March 30 that offered the cash option of $474 million. Three tickets were sold splitting the record jackpot.
In that drawing, two locals held tickets with five of six winning numbers each worth an estimated $277,000.
Just a month ago, a Lemon Grove man claimed a $587,000 lottery jackpot when his ticket matched five numbers.

Tickets are sold in California and 43 other jurisdictions (including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
