An at-risk man who went missing Friday afternoon has been found safe, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
52-year-old Mark Graber was found at 9:10 p.m., nearly eight hours after he walked away from Palomar Medical Center Intensive Outpatient Services, according to officials.
Officials said Graber had walked home.
He had been last seen around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Vallecitos De Oro and Armorlite Dr. in San Marcos. A command post was set up at the Mission Sports Park on Bailey Ct.
Graber was described as 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds with brown hair and a clean-shaven face. He was wearing a navy blue checkered shirt and green shorts.
