Candidates Appear on Politically Speaking in 2018 Midterm Elections

There's one place where candidates for public office stop when campaigning in San Diego County and that's Politically Speaking. 

Here are the candidates who appeared on the program leading up to the midterm elections in 2018:

Politically Speaking’s Alex Presha speaks to the Republican who happens to be a San Diego resident.  
Antonio Martinez is running for the District 8 seat on the city council, now that David Alvarez is about to term out. His opponent, Vivian Moreno, worked for Alvarez. Martinez speaks with NBC 7's Alex Presha about the election.

Nathan Flether, a former Marine, is running against former District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis. NBC 7’s Alex Presha talks to Fletcher about the 4th District race.

Harkey is looking to succeed Darrell Issa (who is retiring) in the 49th district. She is being challenged by Democrat Mike Levin.

Democrat Ammar Campa-Najjar served as a Labor Department official in the Obama Adminstration. He’s running against Duncan D. Hunter, whose father also represented the 50th Congressional District for 18 terms. Campa-Najjar talks to Politically Speaking’s Gene Cubbison.
