San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputies are asking for the public’s help to find a woman considered at-risk.
Kimberly Evans, 43, was last seen by her mother on April 30 around 10:45 a.m.
Evans was on foot, taking a suitcase and clothing with her.
Deputies say Evans had not been taking her prescribed medications prior to her disappearance.
No details were given on her medical condition.

She’s described as 5-foot, 6-inches tall, 110 pounds and wearing a green plaid shirt with green shorts.
