A woman with Alzheimer's Disease considered at risk who was reported missing by her family on Wednesday was found safe in Tijuana a day later.
San Diego police announced at around 2 p.m. the 88-year-old was found south of the border and was with Mexican authorities awaiting reunification with her family.
