1 Arrest, 1 Suspect on the Loose Following Escondido Police Chase

Escondido police arrested one person after a pursuit ended at an apartment complex near Grand and Midway.

Oakhill Elementary School was placed on lockdown during the search, police said.

One man was found in a nearby home and arrested on a felony narcotics warrant, police said.
