One of San Diego's few remaining independently run bookstores is looking for new owners.
After 25 years, the owners of Mysterious Galaxy in Clairemont say they're ready to pass the torch onto someone else who has the same passion for books as they do.
In a message to customers, owners Terry Gilman and Maryelizabeth Yturralde said they’re looking for “someone who can write the next chapter of Mysterious Galaxy’s story.”
Mysterious Galaxy is known for its selection of science fiction, graphic novels and events with authors.
The owners say despite the anticipated sale, there are no plans of closing the store.
