The same firefighter who Murrieta police arrested last January was again arrested today and accused of molesting two children under the age of 14.
Former Chula Vista Fire Department engineer William Robert Bolduc, 54, was taken into custody in Murrieta and booked into the Southwest Jail in Temecula this morning.
Bolduc was charged with four felony counts -- two for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14. The other two for oral copulation with a child under the age of 10 years old, according to Bolduc's booking information.
In January 2011, Bolduc was arrested and accused of raping his fiancee while she was under the influence of a controlled substance, sexual penetration with a foreign object and concealing a camera with an intent to invade privacy.
Authorities at the time said the woman told them she had been anesthetized for the surgery in December at an office in Bonsall.
According to Murrieta police, the woman said Bolduc took her home afterward and helped her into bed. She told them she heard noises that were similar to those made by a cell phone camera and that he then assaulted her.
Investigators said they later located a cell phone Bolduc allegedly returned to the Best Buy in Menifee that had photos of the victim on her way home from her oral surgeon's office, as well as other, graphic images of her.
Bolduc pleaded not guilty in March and was released after posting bail.
Chula Vista Fire Chief Dave Hanneman said Bolduc was an 18-year veteran with the department. He retired from the Chula Vista Fire Department on Octover 30, 2010, a spokesperson with the department said Wednesday.
Bolduc lived in a home near Murrieta for several years, according to neighbors. But they also said he moved out last year.

"About a month ago, we seen him in a motor home with an older lady and they said they were moving to Idaho," said next door neighbor Mistie Schoeder. She hasn't seen him since.
