Authorities say a woman was arrested after Customs and Border Protection officers found 10 pounds of marijuana stuffed in her baby stroller in Calexico near the U.S.-Mexico border.
The Calexico Ports of Entry says in a statement that it was one of four separate and unrelated drug seizures of nearly $2 million worth of cocaine and marijuana this week.
On Tuesday, authorities say an officer noticed a woman appeared nervous as she pushed a baby in a stroller at the pedestrian border crossing. Officers found the pot stuffed in the stroller's padding during an inspection.
The rest of the seized drugs were found in vehicles by drug-sniffing dogs.
