The Alternative Health Care Center of San Diego is offering a new technique to people who are suffering from a range of disorders. From PTSD to eating disorders.
It's called "brain training" or "brain optimization," and it's a simple process. First sensors are attached to clients heads, then they sit back and listen to a series of tones.
The tones show the brain how to find balance, and clients say the results are amazing.
