Sounds Like San Diego: Dec. 24

Casbah hosts its annual holiday tribute to the Rolling Stones

It's Christmas Eve, so while many people will be at home waiting for Santa to come through that chimney (do people even have chimneys in San Diego?), those of us who want to have a big Pre-Christmas blowout will be at the Casbah for Exile on Kettner Blvd. This year, Andrew McKeag has taken the reins and assembled the regulars to play a whole night of Stones hits. Though we have an abundance of cover bands and tribute nights, nothing quite compares to this free annual event. I mean, you were already planning on spending the day in pajamas, now you'll really have a reason to do so.
