Do you need to spend some more quality time with the family? Or do you need some excitement outdoors? Well you have the perfect opportunity with the 8th Annual Gator By the Bay Zydeco, Blues and Crawfish Festival.
The event has a wide variety of activities for all ages to enjoy, from dance lessons, to great music, to great southern cooking, to children’s activities.
The festival is open to all ages and will be held May 9 - 10 from 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Spanish Landing Park, West Basin at North Harbor Drive.
Do you have a craving or weakness for crawfish? This festival is for you! There will be 8,000 lbs of live crawfish.
Enjoy a energetic Zydeco and Cajun lineup featuring: Brian Jack & The Zydeco Gamblers, Curley Taylor and Zydeco Trouble, Pine Leaf Boys, Lisa Haley & the Zydekats, and much more.
Having trouble with two left feet? No more. Come learn a variety of dances from West and East Coast Swing, Cajun and Zydeco dance, the Waltz and Line dancing.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate for $20 per person each day and $15 for Military. Evening dances tickets cost $15 per person. Children 17 and under are free with an adult.
