Sounds Like San Diego: January 4

It's been nearly 20 years since the first time I saw the Dragons at the Casbah. It was kinda funny: I don't think I was technically supposed to be there, and I ran into my former high school English teacher. It was very awkward in a deer-in-the-headlights kinda way, and she said, "If anybody asks, I didn't see you here," and walked away from me. I suspect I'll see her on Saturday, as I have over the years, and we'll talk about the music over the years and how I still write run-on sentences and never really get to a point. With the Creepy Creeps, Phantoms and Black Hondo rounding out this bill, expect this to be one of those full-on reunion shows. Be sure to designate a safe ride home for this one.
