Comic-Con 2012 Panels Rumors Intensify

News of who or what will be promoted in Hall H inside San Diego's Convention Center

While the official lineup has yet to be released, there are more than enough rumors about who or what will be highlighted at this year’s Comic-Con 2012 to be held at the San Diego Convention Center.

If you believe the trades and all the pre-event hype, convention goers who secure a seat in Hall H will be treated to “Iron Man 3”, The Twilight Saga’s “Breaking Dawn Part II” and Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit” An Unexpected Journey.”

Variety reports that Warner Bros. Pictures reserved a three-hour block in Hall H Saturday but will not be promoting “Dark Knight Rises.”

Fringe announced it will celebrate the show’s fifth and final season with a Sunday panel in Hall H.

Glee posted on its Facebook page that the cast will return for all "Gleeks" to discuss this past season although no location was listed.

Also, Fox and Paramount may be among the studios skipping this year's convention altogether. Read more here.

Comic-Con 2012 rolls into San Diego July 11 for Preview Night with the convention stretching out over the weekend ending July 15.

Street banners are already up in downtown San Diego promoting the annual event which brings more than 100,000 to the city’s convention center and even more to the downtown area as part of the excitement.
