Investigators are looking into a second-alarm fire that burned much of a Vista apartment building Sunday.
The apartment on the 900 block of Postal Way caught fire at about 11:30 Sunday morning, according to the Rancho Fire Department.
No one was injured in the fire. Red Cross is on the way to the building to help those displaced by the fire.
