Jim Burrows, the director of "Will & Grace", recently sold his 194-acre Dutchess County farm for $15 million in what is perceived to be a record breaking deal for the town of Millbrook, NY. The famed sitcom director appropriately dubbed his cherished horse estate "Willow Grace Farm" after the hit TV series and even quipped in a 2009 "Elle Decor" piece that "the show paid for most of the grass here."
