Rodney Harrison's Career May Be Over

Patriots place him on injured reserve

The career of another former Charger is apparently over.  Rodney Harrison tore his quadricep muscle trying to make this tackle on Monday night against the Denver Broncos.

It's an injury that takes eight to ten months to heal.  So, the Patriots placed Rodney on injured reserve which means he's finished for the season.

Rodney turns 36 in December. He's in his 15th NFL season, and his contract is up.
