The Padres and San Diego sports fans are getting way too much practice with honoring legends that pass away.
Just two weeks after honoring late General Manager Kevin Towers, the Padres will hold a Celebration of Life for hall of fame broadcaster Dick Enberg at Petco Park. The free public memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 10.
Special guests who knew and worked with Enberg throughout his amazing career will be on-hand to share stories and happy memories.
The Park will open at 9:00 a.m. and free parking is available at the Tailgate Park and the Padres Parkade.
