A San Jose resident and regular player of the California Lottery's Emerald 10's Scratchers game has won $1 million, lottery officials said.
Evangelina Reyes said she will use the money to pay off her mortgage, pay off her children's car loans and take a vacation to Hawaii.
She yelled for joy when she saw that she had won, according the California Lottery.

Reyes won $1,000 about one month ago and she told lottery officials that she tries to play every day.
Reyes bought the winning ticket at USA Liquors at 148 Calaveras Blvd. in Milpitas. US Liquors will get $5,000 for selling the winning ticket.
