A man was airlifted to a hospital Sunday morning when a bomb concealed by a newspaper exploded in his driveway. The explosion in Vacaville, Calif. forced the evacuation of more than a dozen homes, according to the Los Angeles Times. It is still unclear whether the victim was targeted or it was a random attack. Residents within a one-mile radius of the explosion were advised not to approach any suspicious packages, the Associated Press reported.
