San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating the report of a stabbing in unincorporated El Cajon.
Deputies were called to Bates Lane, east of State Route 67 and south of Pepper Drive.
The report was of a female suspect who stabbed someone with a knife and a hammer.
