Rescue crews were searching for a missing skin diver at La Jolla Cove Friday, the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department confirmed.
Lifeguards recieved reports around 2:26 p.m. of a skin diver that had gone underwater but did not return to the surface.
Crews began searching the caves and water near La Jolla Cove using divers, boats and a helicopter.
According to lifeguards, no one was found.
No other information was immediately available.
