A motorcyclist vanished after a multi-vehicle, hit-and-run crash on westbound State Route 94 on Wednesday evening, confirmed California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The motorcyclist appears to have fled the scene and has not been located, stated CHP. Up to eight vehicles were involved in this pile-up that was caused when a motorcyclist sideswiped another driver in Oak Park around 10:45 p.m.
A second car overturned when it collided with the motorcycle. Four other vehicles may have bumped into debris from the crash, stated CHP.
The driver whose vehicle overturned suffered minor injuries, according to CHP. Officers searched along SR-94 for the motorcyclist without finding anyone.
As of now, there is no known information about the rider who was on the motorcycle.
