A Camp Pendleton Marine was jailed Monday, accused of burglarizing at least two businesses in Fallbrook.
Thomas Young, 27, was arrested after a sheriff's deputy spotted him early on Monday running against a red light on South Mission Road. Young was carrying a box, according to the deputy. A search of the box yielded several items stolen from the businesses, according to officials.
Young was also recently been arrested for shoplifting at a local market.
