A moving truck collided with a bicyclist on a busy San Diego street blocking off several lanes of traffic Friday.
The crash involving the truck and the bicyclist occurred at Sports Arena Boulevard and East Drive just after noon.
San Diego police officers said the cyclist suffered major leg injuries and was transported to UCSD.
Officers blocked off traffic to two lanes of the Sports Arena Boulevard during the crash investigation.
