3rd Suspect In Kidnapping Case May Be In SoCal

Police searching for Mexican National

Authorities in Las Vegas said they now have three "people of interest" in the abduction of a 6-year-old boy from his home by men posing as police.

Police arrested Cole Puffinburger's grandfather on Friday in Southern California on a federal material witness warrant. On Saturday they announced they have another person in custody, who they did not identify. They are also looking for a third person identified as Mexican national Jesus Gastelum.

An Amber Alert for  Puffinburger was called off Saturday morning. FBI spokesman Joe Dickey later said the boy has not been found.  He said Las Vegas police and the FBI "are not calling off the search." Police continue to search for the boy and are focusing in the northeastern Las Vegas Valley.

Police Sgt. Tom Wagner says Gastelum is believed to be in Las Vegas or Southern California.
