More than 12,000 Sentri cards never reached their intended recipients, according to a published report.
Cardholders who haven't received their cards are being told to go to the Sentri office at the San Ysidro Port of Entry to pick them up on the following days:
Last names beginning With "A" to "E": Nov. 17 to Nov. 28
- "F" to "K": Dec. 1 to Dec. 9
- "O" to "L": Dec. 10 to Dec. 19
- "P" to "U": Dec. 22 to Jan. 2
- "V" to "Z": Jan. 5 to Jan. 12
Sentri cards can be picked up on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6 a.m. 9 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The office will be open on Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
