The hip and the hep got together with the artsy and the arty over the weekend at Gallery a.k.a.
Gallery a.k.a. is a brand new art scene growing from within Disconnected Salon in North Park.
On Saturday, the gallery's grand opening featured the works of three San Diego painters: Kelli Murray, Christy Zaragoza and Jason Feather. Gallery a.k.a. exhibits everything from paintings to furniture, with featured artists changing monthly.
Bonus: The event also raised money for the San Diego nonprofit Classics 4 Kids.
