The roof of the famed Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris collapsed as a fire swept the building Monday, sending smoke billowing over the French capital. Video from the scene showed flames engulfing the iconic spire and part of the roof, all of which were encased by scaffolding. NBC 7's Artie Ojeda, who is visiting Paris, stood in the street with tourists and Parisians alike as they watched, stunned.
