lovelytheband, Superorganism and Two Feet will also play at Alt 949's September festival

If a coffee's $5, and you're trying to take a break from the caffeine anyway, why not skip it for the week, save up the money and get a ticket to Alt 949's Indie Jam 2018?

Seriously, general admission tickets are only $30, and you get to see Dirty Heads, Bishop Briggs, lovelytheband, Superorganism and Two Feet at the Oceanside Pier Amphitheatre on Saturday, Sept. 8. Heck, skip coffee for a week and a half and go for gold with VIP admission for only $55.

With support from Subaru, Mission Federal Credit Union, Kaaboo Del Mar, Tea of a Kind, Mira Costa College and Zico Coconut Water, this year's Indie Jam is sure to rival the last, which featured Portugal. The Man, Misterwives, Sir Sly, Dreamers, Magic Giant and the Wrecks.

Dirty Heads are one of the biggest reggae bands out there right now, and you know how much San Diegans love their reggae....

Oh and Bishop Briggs (not Sarah McLachlan but Sarah McLaughlin)? She's one of the fastest rising indie pop stars out there right now. In fact, she just played Observatory North Park earlier this month and the all-ages show was packed. So, if you missed her then, now's your chance to catch her with the sea breeze kissing your cheeks.

As a bonus, that tip you were going to give to that pretentious barista with the curled-up mustache will now go to Pearl Jam’s Vitalogy Foundation, which benefits the Surfrider Foundation's San Diego chapter.

Dirty Heads, Bishop Briggs and more play Alt 949's Indie Jam 2018 on Saturday, Sept. 8, at Oceanside Pier Amphitheatre. Get tickets here.
