Woman Waiting at Bus Stop Sexually Assaulted

    The victim was waiting at this bus stop in City Heights before she was sexually assaulted, according to police.

    San Diego police have released a suspect sketch in the reported sexual assault near a bus stop at University and Wilson in City Heights.

    According to police, the woman was on her way to work when she arrived at the bus stop around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.


    Police said a man tried to rob the woman. Then, he kidnapped her and drove to a secluded area where he sexually assaulted her, according to police.

    Police are now looking for the assailant. He is described as in his mid-30s and 6-foot tall with a heavy build. He could have been driving a white or light colored Jeep Cherokee.
