SDSU Student Forced to Touch Burglar's Groin: Campus Police

A suspect who was burglarizing a dormitory with three others on the San Diego State University campus committed sexual battery according to Campus Police.

The suspect forced a female student to touch his groin area after he and three other men reportedly were invited to jump a fence and come into the residence hall on the east side of campus.

The incident happened between 12:30 and 1:30 a.m. Sunday. After entering the hall the men began to steal belongings from multiple rooms, officials said.

After the suspect assualted the student all four fled.

Detectives are reviewing video footage that caught the suspects leaving the scene. There are no reported injuries.

Here are the descriptions given by Campus Police:

1. Dark skinned male, approximately 18 years old, 5-feet 8-inches tall, thin build, clean shaven, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.

2. Dark skinned male, approximately 18 years old, 5-feet 8-inches tall, thin build, clean shaven, hair trimmed thin on side and longer on top, wearing a red shirt.

3. Dark skinned male, approximately 18 years old, 6-feet tall, thin build, wearing all black clothing.

4. Dark skinned male, approximately 18 years old, 5-feet 6-inches tall, thick build, wearing a red plaid shirt.
