A park in Torrey Highlands was evacuated Saturday after police found a vehicle believed to be filled with some type of hazardous gas.

Officers at Black Mountain Ranch Community Park say they saw a man inside the vehicle and a sign on the vehicle's window that stated it was filled with gas about 12.20 p.m., Officer Frank Cali said.

An odor surrounded the vehicle, police said.
