Bicyclist Injured in Oak Park Collision

San Diego police and firefighters were called to help the victim in the collision.

A bicyclist was injured when he was struck by a car in Oak Park Tuesday.
The man was riding his bicycle along College Avenue around 9:30 p.m. when he was struck near the center divider.
San Diego Fire Rescue crews treated the man at the scene and then transported him to a nearby hospital. His injuries were described by officials as minor.
The vehicle stopped following the collision. No word on whether anyone was issued a traffic citation.
