Generationals return to San Diego.
It's a Sunday night and perhaps you should stay home and get ready for a tedious work week ahead, but if you're like me and try to suck every drop out of your weekend, you'll find a way to make it out tonight. Between DC duo Generationals and Gardens and Villa, who have built a reputation for great shows opening for Tapes and Tapes back in March and Foster the People just last week, the Casbah offers a pretty solid lineup, rounded out with our own Jamuel Saxon. Just up the hill, Tin Can is open tonight with four musical offerings, including Matt Curreri, who hasn't been seen playing out on his own in ages (if ever, but you know him from Ex-Friends). And you can't go wrong at the Soda Bar tonight, either, with three solid acts that should make you forget how much your alarm is going to suck in the morning.
