Finished in 1915, the breathtaking mansion of high-ranking exec Frederick Forrest Peabody better known as Solana ("sunny place" in Spanish), hit the market for $57,500,000 after being "newly rebuilt", reports Curbed. The incredibly exorbitant price tag reflects the 360-degree views, which might just be the best in Santa Barbara.
