Warren Beatty and Annette Bening are about to add $330,000 to their annual income--the couple just put up for lease their Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $27,500 per month.
The celeb powerhouse couple bought the Mediterranean-style manse in the mid-1990s for an undisclosed amount. Besides the notable celebrity names attached to the home, the property comes with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, French doors and windows throughout, and a large motor court, all over 10,594 square feet of interior living space.
According to the Real Estalker, the duo decamped to this very mansion after their primary mansion (you know you've made it in Hollywood when you have a back-up mansion!), was "rendered uninhabitable" after the 1994 Northridge earthquake. The Mediterranean-style digs must have suited Beatty and Bening so much that they decided to stay for 10 or 15 years, only recently making it available to rent instead of letting go completely and listing it for sale.
