First Jevon Kearse got his DUI charges delayed until after the season, now he's avoided the worst of possible sanctions by plea bargaining to a reckless driving charge, as the Tennessean reported.
Instead of a DUI, Kearse had to pay a $350 fine (which works out to be the equivalent of a couple of pennies for your or me), faces six months probation and must go through an NFL alcohol program. He'll also have a restricted license for the next year, which comes from the fact that he refused to take a DUI breath test.
