El Cajon will open its newest martial arts training center Saturday, and UFC is bringing its star power.
Alliance Training Center opens its doors at 9 a.m, and will feature "meet and greets" with mixed-martial arts fighters Dominick Cruz, Phil Davis, Brandon Vera, Joey Beltran and Ross Pearson.
Undefeated boxer Mercito Gesta will also attend.
Alliance welcomes all ages to the training center for free prizes, food vendors, raffles and contests.
The free event lasts until 3 p.m..
Alliance Training Center is located at 1611 N. Magnolia Ave, Suite 303, in El Cajon.
The first, and only other, Alliance Training Center opened in 2007 in Chula Vista.
