The national average is at $3.68 per gallon, as uneasiness over Iraq, rising fuel demand and U.S. refinery maintenance have dealt a triple whammy and kept prices high. One gas expert told NBC News that he expects prices to rise 15-to-20 cents in the coming weeks.
