Law enforcement officers searched a San Diego canyon after two suspects bailed during a police pursuit early Wednesday.
A driver failed to pull over for California Highway Patrol officers along northbound Interstate 15 in the North County before bailing on foot, officers said.
Two people jumped from the vehicle when it stopped near Poway Road around 8 a.m.
One person was taken into custody immediately but a second suspect hid in the brush for about an hour.
Just after 9 a.m., the suspect was led from the canyon in handcuffs.
