Almost a dozen vehicles were damaged Wednesday night by a large pothole along Interstate 5 near Carlsbad.
An NBC 7 viewer sent us an image of the damage to her husband's vehicle. In the images, there appears to be a flat tire and damaged rim.
The car was traveling along northbound I-5 near Manchester Avenue around 6 p.m. when the driver noticed he hit something in the road.
He was not alone. As many as 10 other cars were also damaged.
Many of them had to be towed off the freeway.
