A man was rescued after falling into a canyon near Clairemont High School, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department (SDFD).
The man fell from Feather Avenue into the canyon at approximately 12:40 p.m. Saturday and a nearby neighbor called authorities for help.
Rescuers sent equipment down to the man from a helicopter and pulled him up from the canyon.
Police said they are unclear as to how the man fell or what he was doing in the area.
No further information was available.
