Arrest Made in Fallbrook Shooting

Thomas Hall, 27, accused of shooting a man in the face on Wednesday

Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with the shooting of a 19-year-old man on Wednesday morning.

Thomas Hall was taken into custody Thursday and is accused of shooting another man in the face sometime before 10 a.m. Wednesday.

On Wednesday, deputies from the Fallbrook Substation were called to the 900 Block of Buena Suerte at 10 a.m. and arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was airlifted to the Palomar Medical Center.

The gun used in the shooting was recovered when Hall was located, said Sheriff's Sgt. Jose Montion.

Hall was later booked into the Vista Detention Facility on attempted murder, robbery and parole violations and was being held without bail.

His arraignment in court date was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Vista courthouse, according to jail records.
